Because I consider that Obama has violated it (badly), I would not oppose his removal -- but not by force ... until his violation of the Constitution has been shown beyond a reasonable doubt......... The Supreme Court can do that faster than any other alternative....... We have seen in recent examples that "impeachment" is a 'loser' in the absence of full control of the necessary votes in both houses. I don't believe that situation will present itself......... It is not realistic enough to plan on........ And to see them hold power would be a nightmare - because it usually means turmoil for years to come. Voting is the best way to recapture our republic, but I doubt that will be our answer. Pray! I am NOT concerned that such a move would be a calamity -- but ... that assumes that the officers taking whatever action are (1) well respected senior officers, and (2) moving without any thought of their personal aggrandizement....... I would expect it to be such a solid, well planned, unselfish action....... I also believe that it would be premature if it interrupts Supreme Court taking care of the matter by doing its duty....... However, I think the trigger will be when the left provokes a violent response from a small group or area and Obama intitutes Martial Law. I believe this is something the administration is currently considering to either postpone elections indefinately or to deem them to have been corrupted if they lose control in Nov. This action would, in my opinion, cause those high ranking military officers to consider exactly what you are talking about. I believe they would consider military action against the people to be a radical and unconstitutional response and act according to their oath. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.
